Blew out one of 4 bad tires trying to get to Mount Mitchell on a back road. I chose Fender based on reviews and was not disappointed. I had the tow operator bring me there. Four guys descended on my car and had all four tires changed like a NASCAR pit crew. Quick, efficient, and fairly priced. Jessica handled my call and let me know that they had 4 tires for me. VERY FAIRLY PRICED. Put these guys in your phone contacts for any and all tire issues.

Our freshman attends Mars Hill University a short jaunt up the interstate. She discovered a flat and a nail in her tire. She followed the steps she was taught to be able to get her car drivable to a shop for patch or replacement. We checked reviews and called a few shops. Jessica answers the phone at Fender and after a discussion of our needs she assured us they would take good care of our daughter. After they examined the car and we talked through the options with “the big guy” Jeremy, they had our daughter fixed up and on the road less than an hour after she arrived. Great communication and incredibly pleasant folks. “the big guy” shared he also had teenage daughters and went out of his way to make sure our daughter’s car got the attention it needed.

The other week friend was stranded in Weaverville NC with flat on Fri after hrs he offered to have it going at noon on Saturday (shop is closed on weekends) and stood by his word and had the car back on the road by lunch!! Way to go above and beyond!! 👍

These guys are as good as they come. Been using Fender for many many years, never disappointed with their service, prices and helpful folks working there.

My rental car tire had a warning light indicating low tire pressure. I pulled in thinking it just needed air but Jeremy saved my day by raising the wheel to examine it and seeing it had a nail. He had the tire off and plugged in no time at all. It was a fair price and I was so grateful for the excellent customer service.

My rental car tire light went on as I was heading to the airport in Charlotte. I had seen the business and popped in to see if they could add some air. Jeremy quickly raised the wheel and found a nail! The tire was off and plugged (fixed) for a very fair price. Kind customer service in a speedy manner that had me on the road right away!
